Welcome to Carv. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Carv website (carv.gg) and the Carv desktop software application (the "App"), collectively referred to as the "Services," provided by KingsMen Services and Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing a subscription, downloading the App, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
1. Privacy Policy

2. License to Use Carv
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use one (1) copy of the Carv App on a single computer that you own or control.
This license is for your own professional use. You expressly agree not to:
Share, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise redistribute your license key.
Use the App on more than one device simultaneously.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
Any use of the Services in violation of these license terms may result in the immediate termination of your license.
3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations
A. Subscription: Access to the Carv App requires an active, paid monthly subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it.
B. Payments: We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for your recurring subscription fee.
C. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal, which is accessible via the link provided in your welcome email. If you cancel, your access to the App will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
D. Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable. You will not receive a refund or credit for any partial subscription periods, unused time, or accidental purchases.
4. Communications
By using our Services and providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. These communications are essential to the Service and will include your welcome email, payment confirmations, and responses to support inquiries.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without notice, for any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to, sharing your license key or attempting to use the App on multiple devices. Upon termination, your license to use the App will be immediately revoked, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL KINGSMEN SERVICES AND CONSULTING LLC, ITS OFFICERS, OR MEMBERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on our website and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
